* Dr. Leon James is Professor of Psychology at the University of Hawaii. His research and publications since 1960 have been in the area of behaviorism, psycholinguistics, driving psychology, and language learning. Finding Swedenborg's theological works in 1980, he has since then been integrating ideas from them into the science of psychology, developing new concepts in doing so. This association was organized on May 27, 1898, for the preservation, translation, publication, and distribution of the scientific and philosophical works of Emanuel Swedenborg, and for the promotion of the principles taught in them, having in view likewise their relation to the science and philosophy of the present day.
